其混凝作用表现如下:
1、水中胶体物质的强烈电中和作用。
2、水解产物对水中悬浮物的优良架桥吸附作用。
3、对溶解行物质的选择性吸附作用。
聚合氯化铝的性能:
1、净化后的水质优于硫酸铝混凝剂,净水成本与之相低15-30%。
2、絮凝体型成快、沉降速度快,比硫酸铝等传统产品处理能力大。
3、消耗水中碱度低于各种无机混凝剂,因而可不投或少投碱剂。
4、适应的水源PH5.0-9.0范围均可凝聚。
5、腐蚀性小,操作条件好。
6、溶解性优于硫酸铝。
7、对源水温度的适应性优于硫酸铝等无机混凝剂。
聚合氯化铝的用途:
1、聚合氯化铝主要用于饮用水和工业给水的净化,以及工业废水的处理。是目前生活给谁、工业给水处理中应用更为广泛的絮凝剂。
2、聚合氯化铝具有絮凝性良好,生成的凡花大、投药量少、效率高、沉降快、适用范围广泛等优点。
3、聚合氯化铝可在低温下使用,适宜PH值5-9,投加后无需加碱,絮凝效果好,产泥少。
4、聚合氯化铝产品对水处理的适应强,尤其对高浊度水的处理效果更为显著;水温较低时仍能保持稳定的混凝效果。
5、聚合氯化铝可与弱阳离子聚丙烯酰胺配合,与硫酸铝货三氯化铁组合,用于污泥调质。
聚合氯化铝的包装和储存:
水处理剂聚合氯化铝固体产品用内衬聚乙烯的塑料编织袋包装,每袋25KG。水处理剂聚合氯化铝产品应储存在阴凉、通风、干燥的专用库房中。储运过程中应保持包装完好无损,防止受热受潮。不得与有毒物品共储混运。

Properties of polyaluminum chloride:

4, the polyaluminium chloride product is more adaptable to water treatment, especially for high turbidity water, and the stable coagulation effect can still be maintained when the water temperature is lower.
5, polyaluminium chloride can be combined with weak cationic polyacrylamide, combined with aluminum sulfate, ferric chloride, used for sludge conditioning.
Packaging and storage of polymeric aluminium chloride:
Water treatment agent, polyaluminium chloride solid product, packed in plastic woven bag lined with polyethylene, 25KG per bag. Water treatment agent polyaluminium chloride product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry special storeroom. Storage should be kept intact in case of heat and moisture. Shall not be mixed with toxic substances stored.
